Each watch is hand-assembled and quality-checked in India by skilled watch modders to ensure precision, reliability, and durability.
  • Standard Delivery: 4–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3 business days (available at an additional ₹150)
Yes, we offer Pan-India shipping through reliable, trusted courier partners.
Yes, all watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or normal wear & tear.

In case you wish to claim the warranty, you will need to ship the watch to our registered address. Please contact: modwatches@gmail.com
Since these are custom-built watches, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for a product replacement. This video serves as evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival and helps us assess any potential damages.

• Replacement Window: Product replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, replacement requests will not be entertained.
  1. Step 1: Record a clear unboxing video as you open the package.
  2. Step 2: Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.
  3. Step 3: Provide the unboxing video along with your order details.
  4. Step 4: Upon verification, we will initiate the replacement process immediately.
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available Pan-India across all serviceable pin codes.
